RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to using a "print-on-demand" third party fulfillment service exchange CAN NOT be made. Cancellation MUST be within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order ships it CAN NOT BE CANCELED.

The order must be returned undamaged for a refund. For a return due to shipping damages or defects, contact me within seven(7) days of delivery. If there are any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within four(4) weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, you must submit all claims no later than four(4) weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any claims deemed an error on my part will be covered at my expense.
I take great care to make sure items arrive in perfect condition. If you receive your order in less-than-perfect condition please contact us as soon as you receive it so I can make arrangements for a replacement. Buyer to pay return shipping fees. If you are not delighted with your purchase, please contact me directly. If there an error is on my end, you will get a complete refund or replacement, whichever you choose.
